Welcome to Sixth Grade Social Studies!

My name is Mrs. Ginger Scerri, and I will be your Sixth Grade Social Studies Teacher for this school year. I am married to Mr. Chris Scerri and have two beautiful daughters, Eleanor (4) and Abigail (1). Eleanor is starting Pre-K this year. I have a degree in history with a concentration in ancient studies. I have put my history degree to work as an archaeologist, and I have a passion for the preservation of history through teaching. I am very excited to be teaching you this year, and I know this will be a great year! If you would like any updates throughout the year, or if you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me. I am very excited to get to know your child and can’t wait to share my enthusiasm of social studies with them.

My name is Mrs. Emily Mull, and I will be your loud and crazy Sixth Grade Science Teacher for this school year. I am married to Shane Mull and we have two boys. Branson (5) will be in kindergarten and Isaac (2) . I have a biology degree for secondary education from Western Carolina University and I have a Masters in science education from Piedmont University. I love teaching 6th grade because it covers a lot of the topics that I really enjoy teaching including space, energy and conservation, to name a few.
